Vivalis.brussels (formerly Services du Collège réuni de la Cocom) plays a key role in the Brussels region in the fields of health and personal assistance. Vivalis.brussels is at the service of individuals (the people of Brussels, but also those who benefit from the services of health and social assistance institutions) and more than three hundred bilingual establishments and services (hospitals, CPAS, care services, support centres, etc.) operating in these fields.

Calpam Belgium with its brands Mazout.be and Q8 Mazout is the second largest heating oil company in Belgium with also a subsidiary in Luxemburg.


Documenting and streamlining all different invoicing processes (B2C & B2B) in Microsoft Dynamics Navision.

vzw 'de Rand' - Project Manager @ Management Team (2020)

vzw 'de Rand' provides services of language promotion, reception and integration services for non-Dutch speakers and operates also 7 community centers.


Main objective was to coordinate the setup of the 5-yearly planning to be delivered to the provincial and regional authorities and which was done completely remote with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.

Terhills NV, (part of Limburgse Reconversie Maatschappij - LRM nv) - Freelance Project Manager a.i. (2020)

Covid-19 was a busy period: different projects had to be launched on this leasure hub called 'Terhills', on the edge of Belgium’s only National Park. A fine place for a staycation!


"Feel the Hartbeat of Nature" is Terhill's baseline. And at Terhills you have the most wonderfuill view here in Belgium. And you can stay in their wonderfull 4* hotel, in the former building of the topmanagement of the mines. In 2021 a 5* Center Parcs is to open on the location.

Kuwait Petroleum Belgium (Q8) through The House of Marketing (THoM) - Freelance Digital Loyalty Coordinator a.i. (2019 - 2020)

Q8 smiles is the largest digital loyalty program in the Belgian energy sector: after the network launch, the first objective was the "big hairy goal" of lots of customer acquisitions.


Take teething troubles out of the system, avoid customer fraud and at the same time improve the Customer Value Proposition and make the program attractive for existing and new customers, with integration of new partners, shopping promotions, gamification and many extra Smiles...

Nonprofit: GC de Kam - GC Op-Weule - Oxfam Wereldwinkel - Poverello


I have been a volunteer for several months at different places in the nonprofit business.


The work at Poverello, in the poverty alleviation, has particularly affected me: a small setback in your life can have major consequences and make you slip into poverty. And then resilience is needed.

Burger Brands Belgium - Quick Restaurants (2005 - 2019)

I have contributed to the succesfull growth of the Quick network in Belgium and Luxemburg, mainly out of a marketing position, but also in network development.


It were challenging times...always trying to be ahead of the competitor with the "yellow arches". But all the players in the team were great and aimed for the same goal. But when the King arrived, it was a complete game changer for the QSR and burger business.

I started in the Texaco Belux organization and then took responsabilities on a Benelux level, this within a Europe/West-Africa structure. Intercultural management and sharing best practices!
